We will at all times exercise our best professional efforts, skills and care. However, forecasts and predictions provided are of a psychic or spiritual nature, thus are not 100% reliable. You are furthermore advised to use your own judgment and discretion, in your acceptance or denial of any information provided from ‘unseen spiritual sources’ or in a psychic manner, especially in terms of what course of action to take in your own personal and professional life.
ORDER PROCESS
The Divine Eye Online Readings are delivered via email only.
We do not offer refunds for any service or digital product and do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Email readings purchased through thedivineeyeonline.com:
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct email address you wish your reading to be sent to (note that I record your nominated email address and send a copy to you as part of the purchase process; I also encourage clients to double-check that this is correct in my automated confirmation email). I do not offer refunds in the event you have made an error in typing out your email address or neglected to check your spam or junk folders.
- I do not repeat readings for free unless I have clearly mis-intepreted a definition of a term as defined by Dictionary.com, or if it can be proven through official channels (eg Wix receipt) that you sent a question via official channels and I neglected to act on this. It is your responsibility to ensure your question is worded carefully (my cards/bones my opt for the dictionary definition of a term).
- In the event an unclear question is asked (eg multiple questions rolled into one as indicated by the use of words 'and', 'or', 'also' - eg "Does my boyfriend love me and will he propose soon?", or you clearly verbalise uncertainty about which question you'd like me to ask/absence of a clearly specific question, you give me permission to read on your most obvious single question asked, or re-word your question as required at my discretion - this usually takes the form of "What does ____ need to know about ___?".
- In the rare event I am unable to complete your email tarot reading order by the end of your 'scheduled' time, a full refund will be offered.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Divine Eye Online reserves the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, at any time (this includes during live tarot readings), without the obligation to assign reason for doing so.
Any monies which have been previously paid will be returned to you if service is refused by The Divine Eye Online.
